Saturday called Daz Alberti via the company phone. He answered obviously on his day off. Booked a time on Tuesday to have the manual Shlag Door Knobs and Deadbolts put in. He quoted me $85 front and $65 on back. I bought the front door locks myself.

Company has a good rating on BBB.org, accredited contractor, who meets all of the standards for business and customer service. The locksmith was bonded and the company has 30 years of experience.

Great work. They efficiently took care of the required work. The service quote resulted in the same final cost. Good find.

BEWARE: Bought Manual Locks versus Smart Locks, after watching a Locksmith demonstrate how easy they are to crack. Customer Reports also rates Manual Shlag Locks much higher than Kiwi type.

Our daughter came downstairs and noticed that our front door lock was not latching; the door had been open about an inch on one of the coldest nights of the year! This company was recommended on the Norfolk MA Community Facebook page so I checked out their reviews on Yelp and looked at the Lock Clinic's own website. I was impressed with what I read and called for an appointment. The owner, Daz, arrived at my home and had the problem fixed within the hour!

They are GREAT. Excellent work. I highly recommend this company. Diz the owner knows what he is doing. He is a artist when it comes to locks.
