YD body was a smooth process. They were professional and helpful with my rental. It took about a week for my car to be fix. They always detail the outside and inside too . Overall, I would recommend and return to do future repairs

YD replaced rear-wheel, drivers-side, trim on my '14 VW Tiguan I managed to dislodge (and partially break) a month ago. I found them online and took my car in for an estimate. They ordered the part and called me when it was in-house. The work performed (earlier today) cost less than estimated and was performed while I waited. Exceptional service start to finish. Highly Recommended.

Great shop. My wife and I have taken our cars here a few times and they have always done a good job, and stood by their work. I had a little rust start showing after a year and a half from a prior repair and they said that shouldn't have happened and made it a priority to fix it as their mistake.

I will definitely be going back if I need their work. A business is only as good as it handles issues, and YD was great.

Had some front bumper scuff marks, didn't want to spend a fortune for fixing it and wasn't able to do it on my own. I was skeptical before going there because I thought I'll end up paying a lot for something which doesn't look that bad. I decided to stop by at YD Autobody and ask if they would be able to help me out. I was really surprised when it was fixed in 10-15 minutes and the best part about it - (I got so excited that I even forgot to ask for their names) is that they didn't even want to charge me for the repairs.

They really made my day and if I need any body work in the future I will definitely trust them and go there again.

If you live near here and you need the best body shop with the highest of standards...go nowhere else! Bob and his guys have you covered! I live in Brookline and I'm crazy about my car and I went all the way out there to get her fixed and they did a beautiful job! I just wish we lived closer to one another! My other body shop closed down, but even before they did I cheated and brought my 1995 Honda Del Sol here! It was worth the sneaking around! They do amazing work! Bob and his guys rock!

I walked right in without an appointment and told them my gas cap cover wasn't opening. 2 guys fiddled with it for 10 minutes and fixed it with a spare part they had. They were so friendly and knowledgeable, and they didn't charge me a cent! I hope I won't have to go to a mechanic again soon, but when I do, I'll come here :)

An accident led me to YD Autobody, and insurance companies squabbling kept me there. Susan and Mike were super helpful and patient throughout the process, keeping me informed and advocating for me with the rental company and insurance. Always available to answer my questions, the process was made as easy as it could possibly be. And the work - the work was amazing! The jeep is in better than new shape, detailed in and out, flawless paint and literally cleaner than the day I drove it off the dealer lot. I'm thrilled that YD is in my town, and would recommend them to anyone who enjoys getting their mind blown with top-notch customer service and craftsmanship that delivers on promises.

YD Autobody is by far the best Autobody experience I've ever had. These guys go the extra mile with no hesitation. I had to rent a car which wasn't covered by insurance. They knew I was paying out of pocket. When it took longer to fix they picked up the cost! That's solid customer service. Don't go anywhere else.

All I can say is... They are great! Highly recommended! I recently moved south of Boston and my poor Subaru that is not even 6 months old was rear ended on the highway. I took a chance and came here and it was hassle free, professional and super friendly!

As my luck goes... A month later someone side swiped the left side of my car in a parking lot!! Total hit and run!! Wtf!! Needless to say my insurance company tried to get me to have my car repaired at a place in Brockton! Really?? Wouldn't you think they would have referred me back to the same place who JUST repaired my car for continuity? Well I told them... I didn't want to go to Brockton and had a GREAT experience with YD Autobody and I wanted to go back to them because they were wonderful and they said it was ok!

My insurance company, Liberty Mutual, was just as great as YD Auto! I will also have to mention Enterprise Car Rental because they also played apart in making my life easier through this chaotic time! It's great when three different companies can work together to make things easy for the customer. I do appreciate it. I hope someone reads this because there is so much negativity out there today that people sometimes don't appreciate the things that mean a lot. THANK YOU!!!
